-STILL, STRONG & FOCUSED IN FRONT ROW
-NEW STUDENTS WATCH STRONGER STUDENTS IN FRONT
-INJURED STUDENTS TOWARD THE BACK
3) CHALLENGE YOURSELF
-DON'T TURN YOUR MATS / LIMIT USE OF HAND TOWELS
-NO SHORTCUTS: "TRY THE RIGHT WAY"
-DON'T CHANGE THE POSTURE: CHANGE YOUR BODY
4) RESPECT OTHER YOGIS
-NO SCENTS OR ODORS (SHOWER BEFORE CLASS IF NEEDED)
-MAKE SURE THOSE BEHIND YOU CAN SEE THE MIRROR
-NO TALKING, CELL PHONES, JEWELRY, SOCKS OR WATCHES IN YOGA ROOM
-TURN OFF CELL PHONES / NO CALLS OR TEXTING IN THE STUDIO.
5) BREATHE (THROUGH YOUR NOSE)
-LONG, DEEP & SLOW
-CALM BREATHE / SLOW HEART RATE
6) STAY IN THE ROOM
-TAKE A BREAK IF YOU NEED TO: COMPASSION
-STANDING SERIES: STAND OR SIT / FLOOR SERIES: LIE DOWN
-PARTICIPATE IN A WAY THAT ALLOWS YOU TO PRACTICE FOR ALL 90 MINUTES
-STUDIO POLICY: IF YOU NEED TO LEAVE, THE TEACHER MUST CHECK ON YOU
